Any part that fails incoming inspection is returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt.

FAQ

The questions buyers ask us first.

What's your minimum order?
$300 for non-stocked sourcing, no minimum for parts that are already in a partner's inventory. Line-down emergencies have no minimum.
How do payments work?
Standard net-30 terms for established customers on wire or ACH. First order is wire-in-advance unless you have references we can call. Credit card available on request (2.9% surcharge). Stripe payment links can be generated per quote if preferred.
What if the part turns out to be counterfeit?
Full refund within 30 days of receipt. We also eat the return shipping. We've built the vetting process to avoid this, but if it happens, you're protected.
Do you handle ITAR / defense parts?
We can source ITAR-controlled parts for US-persons customers through qualified US-based partners. We'll ask for your end-use certification before accepting the RFQ. Non-US customers: we can't ship ITAR items to you, no exceptions.
How fast is "line-down" fast?
For flagged line-down RFQs we respond within one business hour with status, and typically have a quote inside four hours. Shipping is same-day where source and courier cutoffs permit.
What geographies do you ship from?
Sources span North America, Europe, Hong Kong/Singapore, Japan, and India. We consolidate from the nearest reliable source to your delivery address to minimize transit and tariff exposure.
Can I just send you a BOM?
Yes. Paste the lines into the "Manufacturer part number(s)" field or attach a CSV in the notes. We'll quote line by line. For BOMs over 20 lines, email us directly — faster for both of us.
